Here's a shot of some inimitable douche bag standing outside the Staples Center in Los Angeles on Monday smiling like a fucking idiot while showing off his Michael Jackson memorial memorabilia. Now I'm all for paying your final respects to the dearly departed, but when you have to buy tickets to see a human being's dead body priorities are seriously out of whack. There are also people selling t-shirts and other forms of souvenirs, and if there was a vendor selling elephant ears I wouldn't be surprised in the least.
And just as an aside they have shut down entire stretches of freeway in LA this morning just to transport Jackson's body. Oh, and as I type this celebrity mouth breathers are stopping for paparazzi pictures on the -- get this -- red carpet leading into the Staples Center. I weep for the future of the human race.
