Why people aren't required to earn a license in parenting before shitting out a litter of kids is beyond me. I mean we need a license to drive, we need a license to catch fish and we need a license to build a fucking fence on our own property. Scumbags breeding and further burdening our ever-deteriorating public assistance programs? Nope, feel free.
And while you're at it feel free to neglect the shit out of your kids to the point that they need psychological counseling by the age of 5 and grow up to start the cycle all over again.
