The young man you're about to listen to is named Victor Fuentes, and from the sound of things he's not too keen on the proper usage of his city's 911 service. He rattles off some useless information -- he wants the "ambalance" to take him to the hospital and, as he so eloquently puts it, "that's it" -- calls the operator "homeboy" and finally inquires into why the guy on the other end is asking so many questions.
You know, because 911 operators asking too many questions is "bullsheet."
